New Machine+Fixture Operational

After many months of development and building (more than we’d like to count), the Haas machine’s fixture is finally done. The quality and precision of surfboards off this new setup will be unmatched in the industry. Our goal is to make the most perfect, functional, fun-riding boards with the potential to replicate all the magic boards that will come off this machine and fixture.

New Fixture

We have been working for almost a year now on developing a new fixture for the Haas machine, and are getting closer each day to completion. When done, this fixture will revolutionize the way surfboards are cut; quality and precision our goal. Almost everything has been designed and built in-house from the concept and design of the fixture, the CAD/CAM work of the fixture, and even using the Haas machine to cut aluminum parts to make the fixture. All this has been done using Unigraphics/NX software, the very same software that is used to design and build our surfboards.
