We have been working for almost a year now on developing a new fixture for the Haas machine, and are getting closer each day to completion. When done, this fixture will revolutionize the way surfboards are cut; quality and precision our goal. Almost everything has been designed and built in-house from the concept and design of the fixture, the CAD/CAM work of the fixture, and even using the Haas machine to cut aluminum parts to make the fixture. All this has been done using Unigraphics/NX software, the very same software that is used to design and build our surfboards.
